Our Team

Naresh Arora, M.S. (Taxation), CPA -was certified as certified public accountant by the State of California in 1988 after gaining adequate audit experience with public accounting firms in California and overseas. Naresh Arora received his Master's degree in taxation from Golden Gate University of San Francisco in 1989.

Veenu Prashar, CPA � was certified as certified public accountant by the State of California in 2005 after gaining adequate audit experience in public accounting in the state of Washington.

Meekakshi Gulrajani, CPA, ACA - Successfully passed AICPA test and completed three years of public company audit experience. Prior to entering the public accounting profession in the United States, Meenakshi Gulrajani was a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Our other professional support staff includes CPA candidates, business and accounting graduates with public accounting experience.
